Group management structure after transition to holding company system

As a joint holding company, GMO TECH Holdings will specialize in the management of its group companies and consolidated companies. There will be no changes to the business operations of group companies, including GMO TECH and GMO DesignOne, and the group will aim to maximize its corporate value through a group management structure with these two companies as the core operating companies.
