1.Items of personal information processed purpose, retention and period of use.

GMO-Z.com TECH KR Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") collects and uses the following personal information items in accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 1, Items 1 and 4 of the Personal Information Protection Law.

2.Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information

  • (1)When personal information is no longer needed, such as when the period of personal information retention has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, we will destroy such personal information without delay.
  • (2)In cases where personal information must continue to be stored in accordance with other laws and regulations despite the expiration of the personal information retention period agreed to by the subject of the information or the achievement of the purpose of processing, such personal information will be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different storage location.

    One copy of either a driver's license, a copy of resident registration card, or health insurance card.
    *If the copy has your legal domicile, please process it so that it is not visible.

    ・A letter of attorney (The principal must affix his/her seal to the letter of attorney and attach a certificate of seal impression of the seal. If the proxy is a legal representative, such as a person with parental authority, a certified copy of resident registration or an extract of resident registration showing the relationship between the proxy and the applicant may be submitted instead of the power of attorney.)

  • (5) Fees for requests for inspection, etc.
    A fee of 5,000 won will be charged for each request for access to personal information.
    Please transfer 5,000 won by bank transfer.
    Please provide us with your bank account information when you confirm your identity.
    Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please note that if the fee is insufficient or if we cannot confirm the transfer of funds, we will not be able to notify you by request.
